CIVIC

Black Washed Wall

This new fire station replaces a small, aging facility to serve the rural residents of San Jacinto County.  It features drive-thru apparatus bays, housing tankers, brush trucks, and ambulance.  Included are

6 bunk rooms, housing

3 staff changes, along with a full kitchen, dining room and storage.  A large training room will also accommodate rural voting and other meetings.

PUNKIN EVERGREEN VFD

MGA was commissioned

by Keep Henderson Clean

to design an outdoor amphitheater in the city park.  The pavilion provides ample power to accommodate the needs of theatrical lighting and amps.  With the backdrop of Forest Lake, the pavilion is the center point for the annual 4th of July celebrations, High School Band concerts and even serves as a wedding venue.

LAKE FOREST PARK PAVILION

The City of Lufkin hired MGA

to design an adaptive re-use project converting the National Guard Armory into a Public Safety Training Facility.

The facility includes:

- specialized simulation room

- large training room

- weight room and locker room

- classrooms and offices

- kitchen
