MGA was hired to design an adaptive re-use project converting the former downtown Lufkin bus station into two retail spaces.  The original building featured an Art Deco Façade, which was retained, and incorporated a new street level storefront.  The interior features an exposed wood truss barrel vault roof/ceiling along with contemporary lighting.
