CAREER AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION BUILDING
Coldspring-Oakhurst Consolidated Independent School District

COCISD selected MGA to assist in the planning of their successful $19.8-million bond election. 

The funds were used to design and improve facilities for the staff and students across the district in multiple phases.  The last phase of the project consisted of approximately 50,000 square feet of additions and improvements to the high school including the new CATE wing.  In addition to the secure single-point campus entrance connecting multiple buildings, the new facility includes:

  • Culinary Arts

  • Nurse Training Labs

  • Computer Labs

  • Robotics and Multi-purpose Lab

  • Health Science Classrooms

  • Standard Classrooms

  • Student Commons
