WINDOW RESTORATION
Timpson Independent School District

When Timpson High School was originally built in 1938, many windows were incorporated into the design to let in natural light and assist with air flow into the classrooms and offices.  Years later, the windows were removed and replaced with smaller windows and metal panel siding.  In 2021, the metal panel infill and old windows were replaced with new windows to replicate the original design.  This window restoration has lead to a clean, fresh look on the exterior of the building as well as letting more light inside for a better teaching and learning environment.
