MGA to aid in passing their

$9.5-million bond and to implement the funds on projects throughout the campus. The scope of work included:

- Campus Renovations

COCISD selected MGA to assist

in the planning of their successful 

$19.8-million bond election. 

The funds were used to design 

and improve facilities for the staff and students across the district

in multiple phases.

CONSOLIDATED INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

MGA was brought on by

Center ISD to provide bond

planning services and implement 

a bond-funded $30-million building

project.  The campus wide additions and renovations will provide room for the district to expand and create more opportunity for students to develop their skills.

- Cafetorium (+250 seats with stage)

In 2021, Broaddus ISD passed a $9-million bond to build a new elementary school including:

BROADDUS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

Hemphill ISD teamed up with

MGA to design their

$5.25-million Middle School addition. 

 

The scope of work included:

- 7 New Classrooms

- 2 New Science Labs

- Connecting corridor for campus security

- Administration Area 

- Student Commons Area

- Restroom and Office Renovation

- Teacher Workroom

HEMPHILL INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

The floors at Zavalla ISD Junior High and High School were worn and had moisture under the existing flooring causing problems. 

A new epoxy flake floor was designed and installed giving new life to the corridors and entry.
